Flow Matched Fuel Injectors

The stock fuel system can only provide so much fuel, and the route to higher power is larger fuel injectors along with a management system to control them. We stock either new RC Engineering Lucas type injectors, complete with plugs and loom or RX-7 Plug and Play injectors that have been cleaned, flow matched and replaced with new pintles, caps and O rings. The RC Engineering injectors are available as high or low impedance, the RX-7 injectors are high impedance only.

Spark Plugs

Choosing the right spark plugs for your application is extremely important. Plugs are considered either as 'hot' or 'cold'. Too hot, and the plugs can overheat resulting in pre-ignition, too cold and they don't get hot enough to burn off carbon deposits and quickly foul and become useless. Another aid to cooling the plug is having it placed further into the combustion chamber in the path of the air/fuel mixture. We recommend NGK's extended reach range for forced induction, heat range 6 for mildly boosted application with the cooler heat range 7 for engines that will see 12psi+.
