Track Dog Racing Intercoolers
TDR's intercoolers are at the cutting edge of design, efficiency and quality. At the heart of the system is a large front mounted air/air intercooler (400x200x75mm), which boasts minimum pressure drop and maximum efficiency from the long tube design. The design features short tract in and out brushed stainless steel piping that runs over the water radiator for the shortest route to and from the intercooler which sharpens up throttle response compared to other designs. Underneath, TDR has paid attention to routing air through the intercooler, AC and water radiator. A number of custom ABS plastic trim panels are included that box in the whole of the front section and ones that help direct the airflow cleanly through the cores. Stainless steel hardware and hose clamps, silicon connecting hoses and full instructions complete the kit.
Note: Installation takes ~8-10 hours and a number of tools are required. Modification is needed to the front panel, such as here, and if fitted, AC pipes need to be moved.
